This verse of a song we sang long ago in church popped into my head and I found myself singing on the inside while in office today.

Work's been pretty low-lying lately and I find this the toughest as I really can't do without the rush, the busyness of my work. I found myself telling God everyday that I still want to be on the ball at work, not slacking but giving my best in everything I have on hand to do.

Just want to thank God today for everything that has happened in my life. I guessed this is what He's been trying to tell me all the time. To "Focus And Stay Thankful". If you noticed, the acronym formed is actually FAST. It's something I came up with a year ago to remind myself about whenever I fast. That is, to focus on what I am to do and to stay thankful towards God. So when Mr Kong mentioned about staying focused, it really got me.

So many times I find myself asking why do things happen the way they do (or sometimes, don't happen the way I expected them to)..sounds familiar? I think we all had such times. But I really believe that nothing is wasted and I love this quote from Dr. Bernard's Happiness Is...
