Firsts [ 9:24:00 pm ]

I guess this is a blog entry of firsts for me.. :)

It's the first photo post for 2009..all thanks to the very first time my bro agreed to let me have his super precious camera for one whole day..grins. And all this because of my best friend's Passing Out Parade (POP) from the Home Team Academy (HTA).

It was the first time I ever got to attend a POP at HTA and it's probably my last too. Anyway, it's really great. I took half day's leave just to be there for Jonathan and I enjoyed every moment of it. One of my idiosyncrasy is that I really love is being there at graduations, POPs..I really, really love seeing those motar boards, caps, berets thrown in the air. I love that sense of joy and achievement and satisfaction.

I went to the parade with the girl Jona has been seeing and it was our first time out with each other. We got along pretty well I would say..and it's quite strange, but I do feel like they're meant for one another.

Like I told Jona, I realised why he liked her so much but what I didn't say was this: I hope, no, I really wanna see them marry each other. I don't know if it's a best friend syndrome, but I felt so relieved when I knew her better and I felt like I could "hand him over" to her, haha...okay, maybe it's just a Lynn thing. But I'm happy to see my bestie happy and with someone he cares and loves.
