Not running away

Believe it or not, I've actually not watched a single minute of Heroes. I used to think that the hype about it was really too much but I caught myself glued to the TV for an entire episode when it aired on channel 5 earlier in the afternoon.
Anyway, something got me glued there and it was the part when Hiro said: "You can't keep running away from your destiny."
Just how many of us try to run away from ours sometimes..? I took a while to think about this and it's quite shuddering.
If we fear, we cannot move forth into the realm of greater things. I used to be a person who fear a lot, worry much and am almost on my toes all the time. But it dawned on me that if we think too much, then fear is just gonna have a door to enter and influence us in the thoughts we have.
It's good to not think so much at times..and endorse the just do it attitude. I'm many steps closer to that and I'm not running away.
