stop moping, do something!
[ 7:53:00 pm ]
I felt quite silly for my moping about yesterday..like everything looked so bleak and I had a hard time shaking myself out of it. Training was terrible because I fumbled quite badly for the simulation exercise.
But I am definitely more upbeat about things now, taking it cool and more easy on things. Something my trainer had been drilling into our minds was that we got to always look at the big picture and not dwell on the nitty gritty stuff. The nitty gritty stuff most often limit us from going further..totally agree with that.
Am gonna get my focus right, not deviate from the tracks..BIG picture, BIG picture, Lyyyyyyynn!
Anyway, I think this really applies to our lives too. Many times, we pay too much attention to the very details that we often miss out on allowing our eyes to look on further and take in the whole picture, right to the ends of the frame.
And of course, our words frame our world. So these days, I am learning to SPEAK into my own life more.
