Today, I had a client told me to not go on anymore leave for the rest of the year.

Haha..it actually made me very happy. To me, it's an outright compliment made on my service and the attention given to the customer. And by his "complaining" that the past week during my absence had been "hell" for him, I know I nailed it. I know I have gone beyond what has been expected to serve this client.

And that's what makes me happy.
